Richard

From my perspective, what’s better about Sonic Fire Tech is that it activates before a fire ever becomes a major event - so there’s no damage in the first place. Even if there’s a false alarm, nothing gets ruined - no soaked floors, no damaged furniture, no mess. The sound waves don’t harm anything, so it can protect both the inside and outside of the home without any collateral damage. That is the reason I purchased the system and look forward to installing it on my home. Honestly, the cost wasn’t much different from installing a traditional water or foam system, but this system keeps working even if the power or water goes out - it just makes sense.

Frequently asked questions

At Sonic Fire Tech, we understand that adopting a next-generation fire suppression system comes with important questions. Below you’ll find answers tailored for homeowners, builders, firefighters, public officials, and commercial infrastructure teams, so you can make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

Where can the system be installed?

Emitters can be discreetly mounted in the ceiling and any other areas in the home where protection is desired or required, based on NFPA 13D standards. We offer custom layout planning to ensure effective and aesthetic integration of your building or development.

Does the system support Title 24 compliance or other building codes?

Our system can be deployed in compliance with local codes as part of an overall fire mitigation strategy. While Sonic Fire Tech doesn’t replace mandatory smoke detection systems, it enhances safety outcomes and meets new PFAS-free product standards.

Can this system be installed in new construction and retrofits?

Yes. Sonic Fire Tech is compatible with both new and existing structures. For new projects, our team collaborates with yours to integrate the system during the initial construction phase. For retrofits, our system can be integrated if attic is present and based on the availability of crawl space, or where exposed ducting is acceptable.
